An excellent place to be and learn Yoga. A perfect combination of practical and theory by Vineet Sir has proved to be very effective with visible results. His dedication to explain every aspect shows you the difference between a good teacher and just a coach.
I'm very happy with my choice. The school has very knowledgeable teachers. Very supportive staff and a friendly atmosphere. It felt like family there sure thing. The program was super challenging. Especially Premanand Yoga. But Dhanashree Ma'am one of their teacher helped me with that. It was a great experience for me to become part of Pramanand Yoga.
A place where you can learn each and every bit of yoga. The faculty ( Vineet & Dhanashree) is excellent, they give in depth knowledge. Am glad that I have the opportunity to learn from such amazing trainers.
The studio and classes are very good. Trainer Bunny Sir is very good teacher and friendly. And facilities of the classes and very nice. HR Danshree Ma'am arranges many festivals and functions they are too good, we enjoyed the functions. A big thanks to Bunny Sir, Danashree Ma'am and Premanand Yoga.
Absolutely horrific experience. My one month's session were completed in 2 months because the trainer kept cancelling my classes without prior information. No tailoring of workout according to needs. Completely useless. And then when I complained, they take the trainer's side without even looking at proof. STAY AWAY from this useless centre and their completely irresponsible trainers!!

I joined Premanand Yoga from January 2021 and its an amazing experience. The classes are very easy to understand. I felt comfortable at all times, felt treated with love and respect and felt I was in presence of a true teacher. Bunny Sir teaches more than just postures, he also makes us understand the importance of Yoga. Overall its alot of fun. Definitely recommending this place to take Yoga classes.
