I stayed at Preksha Yoga for a week doing a yoga retreat back in early October and had the most amazing time. Everyone on the property is extremely kind and accommodating. This was my first time traveling solo internationally and I was a little nervous so I had a lot of questions. It was also my birthday and they made sure I felt special.
As far as the retreat. The yoga philosophy classes were my absolute favorite. I have my 200hr training certificate and have been teaching yoga in the US for a few years. Bhavna taught me many new things as well as better contextualized what I already knew. The yoga classes were challenging but great! The food was delicious and plentiful. And the rooms were simple but nice. That place is like a little paradise tucked away with everything you need to unplug and connect back to yourself.
This was such a brilliant experience. It is a beautiful and peaceful location, just 15min walk from the beach, but it feels like you are in the middle of a tropical jungle.
The staff was just amazing, the food was super tasty, I always went for seconds. The teachers are very supportive and help you to understand more about Yoga as a philosophy. And they have a dog and cat who are best friends:) I would definitely recommend Preksha.
We did 5 days, 4 nights at Preksha Yoga and it was a wonderful experience. It was my partner's first time practicing yoga and he was able to follow along with no issues. I would recommend arriving on a Sunday or Monday, if you can, because the classes progress in "difficulty" throughout the week. We thoroughly enjoyed the Yoga Philosophy, Pranayama and Meditation sessions that complimented the Asana Yoga classes.
Our little bungalow was simple, but very comfortable. No complaints at all.
The food... I'm not even sure how to even describe how good the food was. An incredible variety of healthy and delicious meals.
The staff, teachers and level of care and attention is beyond. Such a beautiful energy and space. Everyone here genuinely cares about your well-being and experience. I loved my yoga retreat experience and I definitely hope to return. Hari Om

- bien situe, proche de la plage, mais au calme, loin du bruit. Proximite tous commerces.
- clientele essentiellement francaise et allemande, pas de russe.
- possibilite de laver et secher son linge.
Une experience vraiment geniale que je recommande a toutes celles et ceux qui souhaitent decouvrir ou approfondir l'univers du yoga.
Mention speciale pour Manish, l'excellent professeur de yoga qui a su allier extreme gentillesse, dynamisme et encouragements pour nous emmener rapidement a progresser en quelques jours. Bravo.
Je recommande vivement cet ashram parfait, ou vous trouverez une ambiance internationale tres stimulante et sympathique. Plusieurs packages sont proposes : reservez les yeux fermes. Le rapport qualite-prix est imbattable.
I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The classes were very good and the food was delicious. The staff were very attentive, kind and helpful. I stayed in two different rooms over the course of my stay and liked them both.

The yoga, mediation, food and accommodation was of such a high standard. The staff were professional, kind and willing to help in any way possible. I had 2 Ayurveda treatments which I thoroughly enjoyed.

The staff truly made it such a wonderful experience. From the owner, to the chefs, the teachers and everyone in between, they made it their priority to ensure we had a blissful yoga experience. The food is nutritious and plentiful and the accommodation was pristine, sparkling clean with excellent air conditioning and fans. It is so well priced, great value for money.
