A few friends and family planned for a trip to Kashmir this year. We engaged with Ajith once again based on our experience. As in the past, Ajith was swift in responding and not just that, he was patient in answering all our questions, taking the time to clarify and provide detailed information. Through the discussions we went back and forth a few times since we weren't sure of our plans. Ajith was accommodative to making the required changes and kept us aware of the urgency considering it was peak season to visit Kashmir. He carved out the plan carefully taking into consideration all of our requirements ensuring that the plan wasn't too hectic for the children. We were assigned one of the best staff (Mr. Feroyaz) for our road trips. He communicated extremely well with us, giving us important information about locations and covering the safety aspects. The choice of hotels was outstanding and there was nothing we could complain about. The hotel staff was helpful and kind. At one point, we called Ajith to arrange for additional support at the hotel. He promptly answered all of the phone calls, including the ones late in the night and ensured the request was taken care of immediately. Overall, this was a beautiful trip to the Paradise on Earth, Kashmir and thanks to Ajith for making this a memorable one for us!

What a journey I had with Pravas!!! It was indeed a journey of smiles I had known Pravas and Mr. Ajit for quite a few years now. My journey started with them with treks, camping in Sahyadri. Recently I visited the heavenly kashmir with them. The hotel, food, travel arrangements were great as always. What stood out to me was how attentive Mr. Ajit was to everyone. The trip was planned carefully to avoid crowds, traffic and to cover every destinations with enough time to enjoy the location. Luckily our guide was Mr. Ajit himself. He helped us from shopping quality pashmina, dryfruits, berries, saffron and what not to taste the delicacies in every area. His contact with locals made the journey more beautiful and safe.
