Worst experience. Doctors attitude towards patients is bad. Don't talk to the patient and make them comfortable. As they mentioned in their website, yes it's just business to them. Even the nurses/ helping staff behaviour towards the patient/ visitor is nothing noteworthy.
Best hospital to buy spectacles. They are busy in expanding their branches. Patients take care of your eyes. Hope you understand well.
One of the best eye hospitals.This new building is actually helping many like us because otherwise we will have to go to Udupi for the same treatment. We are frequently visiting this eye care centre from long time the staff and service they provide is remarkable but not as compared to other branches we faced problem once due to no much knowledge or experienced staff while discharge we had to wait for 45mins for bills and discharge summary but at the end we got either of them they insisted in collecting them the next day so the wait was waste of energy, time and patience so its better if this is taken care from next time. Staff's such as Sonia from Lalbagh and Rekha from Udupi are best. One of such kind is required even here. Why I rated it 5 is because they're actually helping people in seeing the world, by guiding diabetes patients the best way to save their eye sight.
When i visit hospital ,and operation the eye,after that amt are paid they didn't give GST bill,when i asked i want bill they give how much amt paid like for example (20000)just in printed in words, , every hospital give a GST bill ,why not given this hospital ,and there no canteen facility
Operation is good but havr to wait too much. If eye operation is package then y medicine glouse, mask and other items are not coverd in this package. again we have to pay seperately. Hospital is cean and staffs are also good. They are treats patients very nicely.

Very elaborated explanation on surgery procedures , confidence giving by doctors , review procedures by any of the doctors from team not being made to wait to the doctor who operated ( this really eases our anxiety's )......friendly atmosphere all around.
Doctors sharing their personal cell numbers is something truly appreciative.
Very Informative and attentive staff including helpers from time to time ,
