Pranav 4 Seasons - Hotel in Munnar - Idukki, India

It's a disappointment. Booked a king size bed for 4 of us. But we got queen size bed. So demanded an extra floor bed which is extremely uncomfortable. Got broken bathroom door. But clean inside. Even though the climate is chill, need a fan for ventilation purpose.l which is not available. But view from room is good.

The owner is friendly and nice. But the bathroom was very dirty by any standard. Then the night guard was drinking partying and making extreme noise with his friends up to one o clock in the morning. They stopped simply because I decided that we can't cope with this longer. People were drunk vomiting etc. Not sure if the owner knows but I don't feel I should live this again especially paying for it.

Although the manager of the hotel is a nice guy, the place itself is run down and dirty. They didn't even change the pillow case in my room. Towels and blankets are smelly, and there are always banging doors shaking the walls.

Quick access location... Clean rooms and best service... Near by lot restaurant and shops...

I am giving this rating for the hospitality by the owner Mr. Karthik. The rooms are quite fine but they were very untidy at the time I visited(maybe offseason time). However, the washrooms are super clean with hot water available 24X7. Just need to clean the rooms.

This is Budget Hotel . The rooms are nice bathrooms are good you will get hot water. There is no restaurant in the hotel. The hotel have 10 rooms in three floors. There are nearby to main Road to Munnar .

worst quality rooms. only pro is its near the ksrtc bus stand and you can easily find restaurants and autos nearby. the view is also just fine. price is very high as compared to other hotels in the same road. they quoted 1500 per night for a room where as there were other hotels where rooms were costing 600-700. washrooms were dirty, someone had used it before we checked in and hasn't flushed and these people didn't even check it before giving. they also sell tours which is a BIG SCAM and i wouldn't suggest anyone to take that. they tell you they'll show 5-6 places for 2k and but it's barely 3 places. we took the coimbatore direction tour and the only places they showed was eravikulam national park, lakkom falls and sandalwood forest. they falsely advertise otherwise to attract customers. the cab driver also didn't have much knowledge about those places. their tours is a scam and the rooms and very dirty. you can skip this place

Good place. Polite people. They gave us hot water as many times we asked to drink. Beautiful view. U don't need AC or FAN mostly. Again the room is not like it's in picture. But it's good. Need to maintain washroom.
