The Whole course was uplifting. Just like how we were taught yoga is a unity of body, mind & conscience. I found this course to be a unity of all the factors required to become a good yoga instructor. I learnt a lot from ARUN sir, observed and his different teaching styles. im practicing yoga here from past 8 months, probably this is the only yoga class which has early morning 6:15am batch, this is very helpful for people going to ofc early. the teachers are well trained and good knowledge of yoga. i highly recommend this place.

Dr. Ashwathy is my tutor. She introduced me into the wonderful world of yoga and body movements. Her yoga is like poetry, smooth & flowing, stress free and effective.
