I'm a beginner/intermediate Yogi & have been practicing on & off for a few years. Palvi is a friend of mine, and I have been privileged to watch her progress through her Yoga, including her amazing health journey, her instructor's certification in Rishikesh & the growth of her own business. Her passion for Yoga is awesome & infectious, so when she started teaching, I was thrilled to be able to learn from her. She led a class of 15 people. ranging in strength & ability, through an hour-long class, making adjustments & modifications accordingly. It was tough but ultimately worth it, & 1 finished the class feeling sweaty yet peaceful. Throughout the class,Palvi brought her own unique style of teaching & sense of humour to the mat. She is an extremely hardworking & dedicated individual focused on not only the health & growth of her clients, but also her own continued journey & improvement.
