Bought a premium Wax Roll from Dombivli East Store. When I tried waxing, the strips were tearing apart and hurting skin. Also there were joins in roll, which is not the case in premium rolls. Owner refused to entertain any complain regarding product. Said nothing can be done, its not his responsibility! Had a very bad experience.

Very pathetic shop.. they don't even respect the customers.. if they are wrong while selling the products they don't accept it and try to any how sell the product to customer..

Don't go this shop it sells fake product i purchased fit me compact Rs 450 and written it compact it's made in china

0 star.. for very rude staff . The girl working hAve no smile and they talk rudely and fake products. Brought a shaving blade... was broken... and the lotion bottle wAs already used... all fake, cheap products, made in China

My friend and I visited this place the sales girl quoted different prices to her & to me for the same products just 5min difference. They do not have fixed price they quote whatever comes to their mind. I would truly not recommend it to anyone. Best go online. Be careful

Very rude staff they don't even attend customers properly and once item is sold they don't replace if it is damage or had some issue

Shop staff only don't know which products are available even they keep expiry products also into selling counter only if customer buy without checking the mfg date and exp date that's their luck product got sold without any loss and let's customers suffer with anything kind of skin allergies or with other side effects.
