The guest house is absolutely worth it every penny, the stay is luxurious, we were in a room where there's sunlight, bed is really comfortable, the food feels like home, the room is well maintained and nicely decorated and the washroom is clean and hygiene, service was excellent ,woman named Sefali, was so nice to us, didn't let us have any problem, she is polite and looks after everything. I recently stayed at this Guest House for 3 Nights, which is conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from MG road.
Firstly, the unwelcoming and fearsome appearance of the owner lady is certainly not the kind of greeting you would expect when checking into a hotel. It's unfortunate that her demeanor was not more friendly and welcoming.
Additionally, Twice we witnessed the fights between some guests and the owner lady which is very disruptive during the stay. this guest house is not even falls under 2 Star category but our Travel Agent charged us the price of 3 - 4 Star hotel and provided this place.
The breakfast options were also limited, with only bread omelet or poori available. I found this to be quite disappointing, our Package was just "CP" and this is what we get and no question of even if we want to pay Extra. , we don't feel like asking her since she is the one who cooks for the guest.
However, the real disappointment came during our second time our check-in , when I was provided with an uncleaned room. The room had dust all over, and the pillows were dirty. This was quite off-putting and made me question how the property had received such high positive reviews.
Location is very cool. The rooms are very clean, very comfortable and the staf was amazing.They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Thank you ! and highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown.

Cozy, comfortable and pleasant stay for 3 days at the hotel. The best part is the cleanliness and supporting staff. Their manager Suraj was very helpful and assisted us in every possible manner to make our stay truly wonderful. It's a budget friendly hotel which is worth considering by anyone visiting Gangtok.
The service is very nice and have value for money. M. G marg is at walking distance of 15 min. Staffs are of well behaviour. You can enjoy home made food.
