One of the best gym in the sarounding I have been to many gyms earlier but never got any result, but after joining this gym(took personal training)with gopal sir, I have literally lost 12kgs in a very short period. Gopal sir really helped me to focus and concentrate on my weight loss best trainer I have even seen and very well maintained and spacious gym. This is one of the best gym I have ever known, and it is very spacious with well maintained equipment and experienced trainers. I have joined this gym and taking personal training from NAVEEN sir and gained 5kgs within two and half months with a simple diet(which doesn't include protein ). Most of the gyms doesn't have specific area or facility for doing sand workouts which the power fitness studio gym have. And also TRAINER GOPAL sir is very experienced and can make good use of sand workouts which really helps for weight loss.

This is the best gym I have ever been. The gym is spacious and has all kinds of equipment. Gym is maintained so clean and has good ventilation. The trainer NAVEEN has very good knowledge on how the body works and has many special workouts and gives the motivation to give your best. He is very friendly and makes the workout session enjoyable. And also the trainer GOPAL is very talented and experienced and gives different workouts on the sand. Whether it is gaining weight or losing weight, all you have to do is join the power gym.

Best gym in madinaguda area.Been here for a month and i already lost 4kgs in healthy way. I have taken personal training from Mr. Naveen.He is professional,very friendly and is positive to be around. He has great understanding on how body responds and trains accordingly. Mr Gopal Reddy trainer (Mr Telangana) helps for both weight loss and weight gain. I strongly recommend this gym.
