5 stars as they have now removed the private training area , and increased equipments Gym has many machines , hip thrust machine ,T bar etc new machines have come General trainers as in all Gyms don't do much work Overall good facilities and atmosphere

Love this place. Great vibe. Friendly and knowledgeable coaches Great equipments , has yoga/zumba room, Steam room, massage room everything under one roof. It's the people who make a place and Posture fitness is doing a great job at it.

The Gym is extremely good, well maintained equipment's. Just the issue I'm facing is that there are no other branches, so in case you plan to relocate you have no option but to let go your money paid.

Brilliant experience at Posture Fitness so far. The equipment is excellent and very well maintained. The space is very big as well. Special mention all the trainers are supportive, friendly, and always pushes me to the limit. Highly recommended.

Overall ordinary gym. Ambiance is good. Always crowded and conjusted between 7 pm to 9 pm. Too much loud music quite annoying. Secondly, if you take personal trainer package then they will treat you and guide you well, else it's like "paid for membership then use the equipments, we don't mind". (Which is really common in every ordinary gym)

Posture Fitness is clean, hygienic and spacious gym with branded equipments. Atmosphere and vibe of the gym is awesome. The staff is super supportive and helpful .

Best gym in the vicinty, good trainers, not so much crowded, clean, good dj, most important - you do get parking space for 2 wheeler as well as 4 wheeler , bottom line you pay more, but you definitly get more !

Really nice & peaceful gym good sevice & very good cleaning, massage room is high-class and massage service faboulous also live dj is also superb, i definitely recommend posture fitness this gym is no1 gym in borivali thank you,
