The hospital is well-equipped with modern facilities and competent medical staff. However, the high patient volume results in overcrowding, long wait times, and reduced personal attention. Despite the efficient services, the hospital's popularity has led to overcrowding, making it challenging to maintain a calm and peaceful environment. Adequate measures to manage patient flow and reduce wait times would greatly enhance the overall experience. 3/5 stars.

Best treatment offered here in north india. OPD checkup is very time consuming. But it is worth the wait. Doctors here are very hardworking and intelligent. They do not give unnecessary medicines, they make a proper diagnosis first, then start the treatment. I would recommend this place to everyone for best treatment.

Visit PGIMER oftenly. Parking facilities are quite poor because almost every parking spot is reserved for PGI Staff. Everywhere from various counters, lift, canteen, chemist shop and finally when it's comes abt treatment special preference is given to PGI Staff and their family & friends . It looks like PGIMER works for its staff only. Security guard specially ladies guards are indecent towards patient, these guards consider themselves at the top in terms of hierarchy. You can't complain about guard inhumane behavior to anyone. You won't find any grievance redressal counter. Wards are overcrowded, patients are not briefed properly abt anything. Kindly visit this place only n only, if you have any recommendations from their own staff. Otherwise you will suffer.

Palce of great service and dedication.. Extremely hard working doctors, nurses, other staffs for the well being and care of the patients.. Burdened by enormous amount of footfall due to inrush of patients from adjoining states but still have maintained great, quality of patient care, service and treatment. Follow one motto here - be patient, give your time and you will get best of medical services here..

This renowned hospital of North India does not fullfil the expectations of the common men. Hospital is overcrowded with patients. Waiting time is too long. People with small kids can be seen suffering with lack of amenities. Management is failed to handle the crowd and develop any automated system of calling the patients for their turn.

One of the best hospitals in India where thousands of people from various states pays visit everyday in order to get quality and special treatment. I would rate 5/5 regarding treatment but one thing that melted my hurt was the people who was with patients. As yesterday I saw thousands of people use to sleep/rest on streets of this hospital. Government at least should try to provide facilities to the people who comes with patients. They should at least plan some benches at various places of this hospital so that people may not suffer. They should also plan to provide them some blankets and sheets in order to use at nights, as thousands of people I have seen was from other states.
