Excellent customer service. Mr. Grineesh and Mr. Santo made my experience better buy solving the problem within half an hour. I went to change my i20 inner door handle. The parts was luckily readily available but i had no time due to some meetings. I told them my problems within no time they made the necessary arrangements and changed the door handle. I reached there 9am and before 9.45am i was on my way back. Thank you once again for your excellent and prompt service.

I contacted this showroom when a nearby Hyundai dealer cheated me on booking a car (I waited for almost 6 months and the old dealer didn't deliver). When I contacted here the sales rep drove 31km to my home to give a test drive, and I booked the vehicle the same day, and they delivered within a month. Mr. Pradeesh, an employee of Hyundai used cars, exhibited abusive behavior towards us last week. He spoke in a disrespectful manner, particularly towards female customers. Such behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on both Mr. Pradeesh and the Hyundai brand. It is crucial for companies to have salespeople who are respectful and knowledgeable, as they are the face of the brand. Abusive behavior towards customers can severely damage a company's reputation. Hyundai should take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that their employees are trained to provide exceptional customer service.
