Pathetic service It took almost 3 months to deliver a vehicle i gave it after an accident. They took more than 1 month to collect the parts. For actual work again 1 month and finally for insurance clearance 1 month. They even failed to update the status properly. When i went there to collect the vehicle, they made me wait for another 2 hours as we noticed a broken tail lamp, non insulated battery wire connections and non satisfactory water wash. Even the interior was full of dust; the dashboard got scratches. Along with this repair work i asked them to remove 2 minor scratches on both sides, for which they charged more than 5000. They don't have any commitment on the timely delivery of the vehicle. I saw another person who gave his vehicle for general service who was struggling to get his vehicle even after 3 days. Trainee staff are entertained to engage customers and they were not mentored by the seniors. That caused a major issue in my case. Be careful while giving your vehicle there for service. I won't recommend them at all

I happened to visit Popular Hyundai Service Centre two days back for getting my car checked up as car was giving service notification and also that I had drove down from Mumbai to kottayam in a days time. I was attended by Mr Nibu, a thorough professional and well experienced person. During the test drive he made along with me as shotgun, he kept asking numerous questions to me to get to now the car well. He reassured me that the car is perfectly fine and that the notification was due to my previous service center not updating the service details on car system. The best thing I like about the service centre is that, I witnessed the workers of the centre doing collective exercise led by a team lead for good about 20 mins. This reassured someone new to Hyundai like me the values and ethos that they follow. More so, for Popular Hyundai this direction from Hyundai could have been taken very lightly, just for the sake of it. However, the seriousness with which this simple exercise was carried out is praiseworthy. All kudos to Popular Hyundai and Hyundai India.

Verna KL27G7404 was sent to Adichira Service Centre for repairs, painting. I don't get a report on the work completed even after repeated requests. Therefore send me a list of work completed, Details of payment done to the insurance. Date for replacement of incomplete job as parts were not available with the centre, but payment charged. Kindly instruct the centre to complete the job pending. Calls and promises are neglected and the customer is kept at bay. Please interfere. P C Chacko

I am happy with the quality of service, But they loot customers. I went there for servicing my 8 year old car and they charged Rs 28000 !!!. Final bill was shocking. Initial estimate provided by service adviser was way less than this. So if you are planning to take your old car for service; be careful. They will find a lot parts to be changed and add labour cost on each nut and bolt replacement and make an inflated bill. I am satisfied with the quality of service but the price I had to pay for that was unreasonable.

Worst place, they don't care at all. I visited this place last week during evening, outright without asking my complaint service executive was like we are not taking cars any more today. Didn't even care to ask my problem. Even security staff sitting around do not care to at least help you park your car. Hyundai sell cars but don't care about the service.

Really bad service from Hyundai, Adichira. There is no one to check whether the vehicle is repaired properly or not. There is no supervisior in charge I guess. My first and second free service was okay but the last one which I have done today was the worst service experience in my life. They charged Rs 8143 for nothing. They have not yet washed the car properly. They offered wheel alignment and under body coating when we renew our car insurance policy from the showroom itself and hence I followed that. Finally I received car which not even washed underbody also. I have all the proofs in videos and photos. Fed up with the service and they are cheating customers. I will not suggest anyone to buy Hyundai because of these service problems.
