The worst experience ever. We travelled from so far and before coming the previous day we had a word with the receptionist he finalized a room for us. That too after lots of struggle they themselves don't know if they have a room or in what price yet they finalized a room. And when we reached today after a 2 day travel they now say that they don't have any rooms available. Never coming here again and never suggesting this hotel to anyone. Very bad

As per my experience it's worest hotel, I never seen like this hotel in my carrier. Rome service is nothing (zero). I can't give single star also, but there is no option to give zero. So that given single star. It's not worth Rs500/-per day.

If we look for budget then it is good by adjusting ourselves.... While entering experienced a bad smell... And the blanket wasn't washed properly..... Location is also ok.

Rooms were tidy... Nothing much to complain about. Bathroom plumbing could be better. Hot water was an issue. Staff could be friendlier.

Very very unprofessional service, though Manager is kind the basic facility lacking compared to high room charge of Rs.1500 per day.

Respected sir , This is to bring to your kind notice that I,Akshay M(Booking ID = FACG1939) booked a room in OYO 14356 DREAMS MANOR by paying Rs737 on 2/9/22 but when I went to hotel with my partner on 3/9/22 at 12:00 noon we were denied check in as the hotel manager said that our room cost is Rs1500 so I need to pay Rs763 more. This really frustrated us since we were coming to this hostel after travelling a lot and we were very tired to even argue but still we contacted Customer care number . But the customer care executive said that the same thing as the hotel manager is asking more money . He then said that he will look into some other options nearby . So we waited for half hr approx,still no trace of him . Tired of this we finally booked that same hotel by paying Rs763 extra as told by manager and we checked in. This was the really the worst experience for me as well as for my partner since we came after travelling a lot in this heat and this type of thing we are experiencing.My partner's health too wasn't good . I always trusted OYO whenever I go outside but this experience is making me think again whether I should go with your service . Kindly ensure that no such customer face this issue .Hope you take this into due consideration and improve your customer care as well as your service. I had a great experience at the hotel. The check-in process was smooth, the staff was friendly, and the room was clean. The price was affordable and I appreciated that they provided a fan in my room. The parking facility was also very good and a food option was also available on this property. at this hotel, but, the extra amount was taken Rs1200.

They not provide rooms for foreigners. Only India citizens can stay over here. And they strictly don't allowed visitors over there.
