I would like to share my thoughts and experiences regarding the food, ambiance, and staff. While the food at Ponniam Cafe was outstanding and deserving of 5 stars, the ambiance fell short of expectations with a rating of 3 stars, and the service provided by the staff received a rating of 2 stars, leaving room for improvement.

Not tasty food.but price is very high.for we are paying they are not giving back.once i had gobi manchurian with chappathi. Worst gobi manchurian ever i had. Chappathi was so hard also. They even don't know how to make it.it was very costly also. All items are very costly and quantity is very less. Once i had fish curry with chappathi at there. I got shocked after seeing the bill. Fish curry was so less in quantity and was very costly and not tasty also. Who will get satisfied with these kind of service. Worst hotel. don't waste your money and time by going there. You have very good restaurants near by thalassery.
Nice restaurant. It is one of the oldest and very popular restaurant in the locality. They serve good and tasty food. It is also very convenient and helpful to buy lunch in the Ramadan months as most of the restaurants and hotels in town are closed for business until evening.
With an old long running experience this one is still one budget oriented place to go, but need hell lot of improvement. Thanks to providing good food with out much unhealthy addings.
