I bought one kind of tile in showroom and delivered other while they are picking from godown. Godown is far and we saw it after coming to home. Worst customer service and won't give good suggestions for customer

1. How can you ask customer to go and pick the product from other location when billing was done in the showroom ?
2. The mobile number mentioned in the billing which start with 888* will not work, I had challenges in finding the location and the mobile number mentioned in the billing didn't work.
