I always preferred PNG at my home town, so thought of buying gold or silver from here only. But everytime my experience was the same.The staff is rude and they did not care to show the variety at all. I mean I don't get it, whether they don't have the variety or they are not interested in showing them. Everytime the same experience. Staff should be well trained for customer service. Their attitude changes on your bill amount. Need an improvement otherwise there are lots of shops outside who are way better than this.

I have been buying gold from PNG since many years. Recently I got two items - men's bracelet and bangles. Both of them got broken and not repairable is what PNG people told me. When you remake those, you again need to give making charges. This hurts the pockets. Long lasting jewellery is what customers look for.

Rude Staff! They get frustrated when asked simple questions. Lady who was showing mangalsutra today behaved so rude.It's simple manners how to behave with customers. Will never ever buy anything from PNG here onwards! 0 star

Extremely poor customer service. Won't recommend for buying gold. Not transparent with the pricing especially, while exchange of Gold. We had an extremely bad experience this time. while exchanging their own product within 3 days of purchase, they were trying to manipulate calculation as well as offering lesser price for their own gold. After lot of argument, wasting of about an hour they folded and gave us the fare price... Being a regular customer we were not expecting such unprofessional service. They should have managed it better. Quality of gold is same in all authorised stores and big brands so if trust and service is Poor there is nothing much left with PNG An advice : next time if you are buying ng gold you can try other brands like Tanishqa, Malabar gold, kalyan, ranka etc. And all are near Magarpatta. But still if buying with Png be thorough with calculations.

Customer friendly staff, plenty of variety to choose from. If you are exchanging your old gold with new ornaments, price will be calculated as per carats without penalty. But for High making charges, it is a good Shop !

Quality of service has decreased with time. Politeness is the main thing customers expect from the staff as they represent the brand and not themselves. Hope you look into that. Varieties in ornaments isn't as expected. Staff didn't wish to attend the customer. He even didn't bother to ask for a chair for a 9 months pregnant women. And if you ask for exchange, they will first shout at you. Such a rude behavior. Protect your brand name. Keep your staff well disciplined.
