If you are looking for amendments to your jewellery or to get anything bought from their shop itself to be fixed then you will have to end up getting frustrated, as the goldsmith of melting and repair section does not believe in queue or first cum first service, he would attend customers after you, specifically the customers who need polishing done as they would pay him extra.. so you end up being frustrated and the happiness of shopping gold ends there and then. The staff assisting in jewellery was good and humble though.

The staff is non organized at Silver Section, they handle more than one customer at a time. Today, While purchasing a silver ornament, the staff member interacting with us made basic mistake while calculating the charges and led it to higher end than expected, which was brought to his notice. Hope PNG management trains their staff regularly.

Unsatisfactory Experience at PNG Jewellers My recent visit to PNG, left me disappointed. The staff's attitude towards customers was disheartening, as they seemed to disregard us and kept us waiting for an unreasonable amount of time. From all PNG branches Laxmi road branch has more variety in jwellery. They have different sections. Working charges are very high as other jwellery shops. They should have computarized calculation system for calculating replacement of old gold. Representative are helpful. They have Valet parking. Overall it's good experience.
