I would like to give below ratings for each category Location: 10/10 View wise:10/10 Resort maintenance: 10/10 Room maintenance: 10/10 Staff assistance: 10/10 Complementary BF: 8/10 Restaurant food for Lunch & Dinner: 8/10 Play Area Indoor & outdoor: 9/10 Overall worth giving each and every penny and you definitely love this resort that I'm damn sure about it. so its highly recommended for people who really need a break in their day to day lifestyle Cons : The food which we had was good actually but my best suggestion would be the Food must be prepared based on the regional people where they are coming from because north indian people do like sweetness in their gravies but people from south side will like spicy foods and gravies. So kindly get the information of the people during check-in and share the information to your Chef so that he can plan accordingly.
It was really a very nice stay at this resort ( we stayed 3 days) , calm /quite and isolated from the crowd of the city , the ambience and vibes were very energetic. Breakfast was one of the best bet of this resort along with the good food served at the restaurant (Tasty Treat) . Also the visiting places are not very far from the resort. Staff at the resort were very cooperative and sensible and always have ready to help attitude. 100% recommended stay for the people who wants to have few pleasant days in the nature's lap. The only negative things I feel is the car parking is outside of the property which makes a little daunting during the rainy season , but the staff is always at your help to bring the car to your hotel doorstep.
OMG!!!! AWESOME RESORT!!!!!! GREAT HOSPITALITY EXHIBITED. The people in the resort are just awesome. They took care of each one of us like their own family members. The resort was super clean and hygienic. The garden and the amenities like cycling, pool and swings were very amazing. All the request which we placed was addressed with due care which made our stay very pleasant. Special mention to the person who speaks in the reservation number, he takes care of each and every request with due care and also cascades it to their staffs as appropriately. We need not repeat our request at any instances but at the first instance itself it was taken up with due care. Food was amazing and customized menu was provided. Even people with health challenges can visit this resort and enjoy. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HIGH CLASS. I recommend everyone to opt for this resort and have a relaxed vacation. I wish all the very best for the hotel management and staffs and I wish good luck !!!!!!
Amazing experience staying at this beautiful resort. Lots of fruits and flower plants around to explore their garden area. We stayed for 4 nights and the hospitality is impeccable. Rooms were clean and the staff were always helpful. Veg food is really good as we could not get good veg food in the city. It was a good detox place with friends and family. I definitely recommend it. The manager Vinod Varghese and the staff took care of everything. Thanks team for wonderful experience !!
Please don't go to that location which is far away from all locations. Hardly few rooms r there n no proper place for car parking. Enjoy ur trip with good hotels
