The gym is quite good. Some good things about the gym in detailed points below. I will segregate this in two parts : PROS & CONS for better understandings and review.
PROS :
1. Certified and experienced trainers which gives personal attention to each and everyone. Specially for begginers, it is a boon.
2. Friendly environment of the gym makes it more positive for workout and you will will much motivated and fresh.
3. The dietitian in the gym is IBBP certified bodybuilder and dietitian and also the owner of the gym.
4. The discipline in the gym is at the par. It is not like other gyms where there's much unruly crowd cranking the sounds of machine.
5. Easy to approach for Mansarovar and nearby residents.
6. The trainers are well trained and are very friendly. They make sure that you feel comfortable while doing the workouts.
CONS :
1. The gym needs some renovations in terms of new paint and some good amenities. Though it is not that bad but it'll be awesome after the renovations.
2. Some machines makes really hard to bear cranking noise.
3. Some machines needs upgradation.
Play On is one of the well-known gym and fitness center for boys and girls in Mansarovar. Value for money. Sunil sir is trainer here with more than 20 years of experience in health and nutrition. He guides you at every level during the exercises routine.
