Well equipped gym with very good trainer's and warm and welcoming staff. Just that your phone's won't work due to range issues....if that could be improved. I would like to mention Neha who sits on the front desk is very sweet and has persuaded me to join the gym which turned out to be a good plan!! Also, Satish sir is very calm yet motivating trainer. Overall a great experience!!
Hands down, best choice I've made is to take PT from "Sir Satish Sah". He has been the best supporter & motivator in my fitness journey coz He guides me with the exercise which r most effective for me & pursue indepth knowledge about physiology, kinesiology, nutrition ,proper form. He have made exercising much more fun n always explain what we're doing & Why. His training style rocks !!!.He has created interesting workouts that allowes me to improve my strength, flexibility & balance.Thank u for always reminding me to maintain correct body posture.His fitness knowledge is damn impressive.Also a special shout out to Kiran kadam sir ,Vamann sir coz they have always been very welcoming,generous n exceptional..The guidance & support i got from them is life changing & life transforming. Thanks for being patient, encouraging & inspiring.
The atmosphere of the gym is so energetic that it motivates you towards it everyday...Spacious with two different sections of cardio and weights , with best equipments, amazing music and professionally trained trainers to help you.
