Pizza Hut - Pizza restaurant in Calangute, Baga - North Goa, India

Just like other pizza hut this is also a company outlet located on the main road in calangute, when i searched for pizza hut i found 2 pizza huts near me so finally came to this location. The service is nice so are the staff members. Rates are similar as other outlets. The best part of this outlet is the ambience and the space they have, loved it. Parking may not be available for cars come by two wheelers only.

Kaushtabh was the manager. I requested him to switch the AC on. There were none of the AC downstairs switched on. Upstairs was closed. He declined, he was aggressive, and no customer care attitude. Would not come here again with such attitude specially from a manager. Vary bad. It seems many people have complained regarding the AC and management don't seem to care. Awful.

Worst ever Pizza Hut outlet I have visited in my life. The place is located in very busy street but the service I got here on 27 October 2022 is the worst till date. I have not seen that much worst service anywhere else. I arrived here around 6.50pm ordered two pizzas they said to wait for 35 mins which was ok for me but at around 7.35 they came with one pizza and said will give the other in 5 minutes. They had no cola drink in house and was telling people not to order cola as they don't have it. The second pizzaarrived after 15 minutes of receiving first one, as I had to reach somewhere I took second pizza as take away. While billing card payment was not accepted only cash or online transfer. I wasted around 1 hour 20 minutes here just to get two pizzas, which were not that good in taste. Completely mismanaged place.

Pizza hut never disappoints ! This time it even brought back the nostalgia of when I first visited the outlet back in 2005, same pan pizza, same taste,same freshness and the experience. We ordered 4 pan pizza, tried their new schezwan style sauce pan pizza and all of them a treat for the soul and for the tastebuds. We went around 9pm , the outlet was empty, so took the corner seating area near the big window which offered us the bustling baga-calangute street view. Seating options are good with 4-6 occupancy option, all of facing the same street view. You can enjoy a nice evening here with friends or family. The best part was the pan cheese & mayonnaise pizza, which I cannot describe how amazing it was. The freshness of ingredients and the way it was cooked just right had my attention all over it. The base was super soft,edges and base was cooked (which is why pan pizza is awesome), I honestly forgot last 2-3 yrs of my pizza memories cos this one topped all of it. I don't know if it's going to give you the same experience but do try the personal pan pizza, will not cost you more than Rs120 with taxes, but if it hits you the same, you'll definitely thank me for it. Check out the pics and see how tasty they're looking and how puffed the base was. For budget reference, we tried 4 pan pizzas, all personal size, 2 schezwan and 2 normal crust ones(capsicum, cheese & mayo,paneer and corn cheese) with 2 masala fanta for 624Rs with taxes, for 2 persons. The Pizza Hut Outlet is built quite nicely and there is a good ambience here too. which is quite good for casual outing and eating something special with maybe someone special. The overall quality of food was ok and service was ok too. It was quite a long time before I had visited so maybe now some things may have changed for better or worse.

My experience at that place was absolutely dreadful, and I must say it ranks among the worst encounters I've ever had! To my sheer dismay, not only was the service appalling, but they also failed miserably in their basic responsibility to provide proper change. It is beyond comprehension how such a fundamental aspect of any business operation could be overlooked. The entire ordeal left me feeling utterly frustrated and disappointed. One would expect a minimum level of competence and professionalism from any establishment, but sadly, that was sorely lacking here. The lack of change not only inconvenienced me but also reflected poorly on their overall management and customer service. In light of this lamentable experience, I can confidently say that I shall not be returning to that place again. I believe it is essential for businesses to uphold their commitment to customer satisfaction and maintain high standards of service. Regrettably, in this instance, that was glaringly absent.

Very nice service and pizza is as always awesome. We had meal for 2 with medium veggie lover, Gb cheese, 2 drinks and choco Lava cake. Masala Pepsi is very nice desi twist on regular Pepsi.

Very slow service need to add staff but still I'll give four star just bcoz of quality of food and taste. Garlic bread must try. Fresh Pizza.
