The pizza hut is loosing on quality. I had ordered but the pizza is unbaked. Local pizza are better than Pizza Hut. I think they must leave India now. I was straight away denied to order as there they were full with orders. First time have i seen these kind of issues
First of all want to say that the restaurant Manager Mr Azad Elahi behavior is tremendous also food quality is grt. Service staff dressing sens and maintaining hygienic decorum. My all-over experience is too good plz visit once time.

Another policy lapse after I highlighted a one star review for the cyber green branch of pizza Hut in gurugram. Again only value high end customers and even pathetic that the attendee hide the one side of the menu and said it's not at all available and meal for one is not available. I'm single what am I supposed to do. I think problem is with the ethics, integrity and values of the company Note the video shows the best and most customer value offers hidden by sticking menu with a cello tape so that no one can see the value for money side of the menu. So sad to get this kind of service from such a big brand. Pathetic!!!!

I have ordered a pizza, but neither they have given organo nor chilly flakes, but the pizza is not good condition and not properly baked. Side corner pizza of one inch is empty.
