got some better price compared to nearby stores. anyway what made us dissapointed was their gift. they gave a coffee mug which had even their name printed on it large. they could atleast give a bluetooth speaker for spending that much there during onam.It would be better if you just avoid giving anything as a gift better than that insult.

Raised a complaint on Aug 5th 2023 to repair Samsung LCD TV, not yet resolved. 2+ weeks passed. Very disappointed...None taking ownership of the service... Fed up of talking to pittapillil and samsung executive....since it need to be serviced under extended warranty provided by pittapillil something going wrong.... Really frustrated..!!!
