First of things this is not proper boutique hotel After change owner worst thing I can see No Maintenance at property No swimming pool clean. Even there is no light and gaurd for safety. Other things breakfast was like dhaba quality 1* Dinner alwys serving cold every day. After complaining lots argument by owner and staff. No hit water also there. Horrible things at reception area they mention give 5/5 star on during stay u get one free drink... Socho khud ko acha dikhane log kya kya karte hai service dena nai hai argument karni hai inko. Don't go this place ow your money..... Good
Room is not same as they shown in the picture , very small room , very bed odour in room and surrounding also no ambiance at all . swimming pool is good.Highly not recommend to people who are coming for relaxation . The room facing the pool was expensive than the rooms at the back side which were no different. We stayed in super deluxe but our friends stayed in deluxe room, but the deluxe rooms are more better than super deluxe. For the pool view only they call it super deluxe. There's nothing deluxe in any rooms.We saw 2 insect in room. The rooms are super shady with grey white lights, the furniture is very old the bathroom also very dirty. Owners should look into renovating the rooms for the fresh ambiance.

The rooms service was very bad. Food was horrible. Rooms were not worth the amount we paid. In images the rooms looked very great, but when we visit the place, it was not as we expected. Overall staying experience is ver bad. And very noisy sound from the kitchen. It's sounds like plane is taking off, which was very irritating.
