It is pleasant experience to stay here. Staff are very cultured, professional and humbled. Room in which I stayed was neat and clean. Toilet is large enough, odourless and provided with personal care products. Parking place with a vigil eye of the security makes it safe for the vehicles.
Today at 26 nov i stayed with my family and service was very poor and i paid the whole bill after that they r harrasing asking about the money check out..and asking to my family about checkout ....they r including extra charges 1 to 2 hr late check out .... Atleast every hotel gives 1 to 2 hr chk out realated
Food was nice and entire service staff are very friendly and they are given amazing service to our entire group of marriage so we are very happy to stay here last three days.

Extremely sorry to say that Padmaja Pride LACKS all three(COURTESY, SERVICE & HUMILITY), especially their Manager, Mr Saurav.
He's extremely rude, arrogant & egoist while talking to customers.
When you want to talk to him or any other manager there, about your inconvinience, they simply avoid meeting you, taking your calls or replying to your messages!
PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE EVER, IF YOU EXPECT SOME WELCOME OR COURTESY.
excellent hotel. Nice location. Very neat and clean hotel. staff behaviour is very good. Parking available. Food is also excellent. Pleasant stay. All amenities are good. Overall a nice experience.

I have been visiting the hotel twice since last 1.5yr due to my familyfunction. The food was good but the service part was so pathetic no hospitalty at all. This is extremely irresponsible.. Extremely pathetic and irresponsible behavior.
The food offered in Buffet is very tasty. Value for money. The support staff are nice
