I am revising the review based on your nice reply. The Main Manager who does all bookings is excellent. Food is also good & tasty. Arrangements are also good. Cleaning & sanitation is satisfactory. But, the Serving staff need to improve their persuasion attitude in a more professional & polite way so that people will be happy to come back. So, please arrange some counseling classes for them in order to excel in customer service in a true sense..

I had my engagement function here. It was really a memorable one. As promised, the food and other arrangements were done perfectly. My guests were really happy with the taste and quality of food. Room was clean and spacious. Perfectly defines the standard of a 4 star. Thanks to Mr. Jyotisman Dey who delivered everything as he promised at the time of booking.

One of the finest hotels for stay at Bhuvneshwar, the staff was very good and the manager is also very helpful. During my 8 day long stay they customised the food for me and made me feel home !! Visit surely stay again here

I have been visiting the hotel.frequently since last 1.5yr due to my hospital commitment. This time, they checked out my room without informing me and removing my luggage without my information. This is extremely irresponsible. How dare they can touch luggage without informing guest. They might have removed costly things and removed luggage. Extremely pathetic and irresponsible behavior.

Hi, I attended a marriage party on 30th June 2023. Below are the individual ratings/reviews i. Rooms were decent, neat and clean (5/5). ii. Service were a bit delayed like a 4 cups of tea took an hour to reach. Reason for the delay was given as lift not working.2/5 iii. AC : Very decent. 5/5 iv. Food: Very tasty food but not sure about the hygiene. I along with two more people including a child got loose motions and the culprit upon discussion was found to be '"Mutton curry" served in dinner party . When i told my saga, was promptly asked "Arre Mutton Masala khaithilu ki". When you charge so dearly per plate then you should be accountable for such things. I almost missed my flight and the condition in which had to travel back to Bengaluru. Very bad experience. 0/5. I hope, the Pipul Padmaja management take cognizance these things into account and see the brand value does not get tarnished.

Service is sloppy and pathetic. Orderd for 2 beers and 3 breezers. They come after 30 mins. 1 beer and 1 Breezer. No bottle opener, which comes after another 20 mins. Lunch ordered , comes after an hour...and the 2 nd bottle of beer comes after lunch is finished. Every time we called the room service asking about the beer we were told ITS ON THE WAY.....
