Pinnacle Nissan - Nissan dealer in Thrissur - Thrissur, India

I brought Nissan Magnite top model two month back from Pinnacle Nissan dealer in Trichur. No body contacted me for further service as per agreement (2000 km or 2 month). When I was following up for the reason for not contacted for service, service manager Mr. Vishnu was giving stupid reasons to cover up their mistake. Nissan is an excellent brand, unfortunately dealer service is very bad. One of my fried supposed to buy this same vehicle, unfortunately he changed his decision.

They don't want to take any responsibility if something happen when servicing on there... If we argue with them they will damage any other part also that's my experience.. Irresponsible bull shits

Very bad service and behaviour from the staff. I strongly recommend everyone to not choose this showroom for purchasing a new car and Service. Just check with other other Nissan showrooms and choose the best. I personally recommend Perinthalmanna, Ernakulam Nissan showrooms instead of Thrissur Pinnacle. If the Authorities are still not ready to take action against your staff with bad attitude, be ready to shutdown.

My car Magnite XV was serviced recently (29200kms) at Pinnacle, Thrissur. Staff at Nissan were very polite in their dealings and I even remember the name of service advisor Mr. Sudhin. Work was done in time. I feel happy that I bought my car from Pinnacle.

Very bad experience, the worst i would say. Unnecessary delay, billing for not done works, Not trustable. Have to check the vehicle from another shop before driving. PR office is horrible
