Pinnacle Imaging centre - X-ray lab in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

They don't give appointments for CT scan. They take the payment as soon as you enter. Then you wait and wait and wait some more. There's no queue, no token. If you are wearing branded jeans, sunglasses and expensive jewelry, you get called in ASAP. OR you sit there endlessly. Today was my third time. NEVER going back.

The most overtly priced centre absolutely rediculous! Told us 18k for MRI abdomen and pelvis whereas in other imaging centre they charge 6k!

Bad experience. I visited today for mri . I didn't know that they take animals and humans in same machine one after the other by changing sheets.

Unhygienic place, filled with mosquito, my mother has severe back pain and she had to wait for 1 hr 30 mins even after taking prior appointment. Receptionist is not really friendly. Not recommended.

State of the Art technology, and absolutely exceptional service. Shout out to Dr. Roshan Shetty for his kind words, and confidence giving attitude always. Would 10/10 recommend for any Scans!

Receptionists are extremely unprofessional, and rude. Especially Sunita. Very entitled staff, and disrespectful to customers. DO NOT GO HERE. Save your money and go to a better spot instead. Very unhygienic place as well.

Worst receptionists ever. Very rude. Very unprofessional. I will never ever recommend this place to anybody. Absolutely pathetic. Whoever reads this dont go. If the owner is reading this please replace the staff.
