Old rooms that have a heater fitted in the rooms but they won't switch it on but rather just give you a small tiny heater which doesn't work as well. If you're charging such an overpriced amount to your customers, then please stop substituting your services wiht such cheaper and non functional alternatives. The whole city of Gulmarg seems to be filled with scamsters and this was another one.
Excellent service provided. Very polite and friendly staff.. Specially Mr. Sohail..who was extremely polite and prompt on service. Food served was also very delicious and as per our choice. Rooms could have been a little better. But hotel is centrally located with gondola and temple very nearby. Loved the service. Five star for food and courteous staff! Must visit.
Only location is good about this resort . Management is very rude . There is always false smell from bathroom and bathrooms are not clean . And the food provided from the restaurant is not at all good . We got spoiled dal curry and fried rice which is not expected from a four star rated resort . They are taking very high rate for one day stay . Other resorts / hotels are providing better stay and hospitality with less amounts .
The location was ideal, with easy access to shopping and dining options. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Limited spaces with a miniature balcony. Most of the items in the menu is not available. Electric supply and piped hot water is erratic. Dining room on the first floor has a table with a scenic view.

We have stayed at this beautiful hotel. The view is just great and is very easily accessible. The staff is very cooperative and warm. Add on, the food was really great. Irshad, Nasir and Showkat were absolutely great staff you would ever expect.
