Hello So i took Pilates training for 3 months but within a month I could feel changes in my strength which was my majore goal and eventually I felt major loose in my inches along with my core So I must say the result which u recieve in 6 months of gym workout u will recieve better results in terms of body tonning,core strength and flexibility in PILATES the reformer workout And the most important thing is I have improved my breathing system So everyone must take this experience once to feel the change And im loving the hospitality and guidance given by the trainers and staff is Very friendly in Anand branch Thank you

I have been going to Pilates Studio for almost 3 months now and can't stopped talking about it. The experience and exercises with different variations are so good. I took a break for a while and seeing their WhatsApp status made me motivated to rejoin the classes. Love it will continue till for a very very long period of time...................... I have been practising pilates since last 6 months and have got good flexibility and strength also losses 2inches of my belly fat with 5kg of body weight

Pilates is very nice exercise for weight loss inch loose... Pilates is better for gym. It's improving for strength, flexibility, procure.

Pros: -All sessions are different so it keeps it interesting. -The trainers are physiotherapists and each class has a max capacity of 4 so each person gets proper attention. -Very less chances of injury. - It helps in strengthening muscles and increases flexibility. It helps in improving posture. Weight loss, is just a "side - effect"! - They put off the music if you request them to! They understand that not everyone wants to get distracted to loud music, some like to be with the experience and go inwards! - The premises is clean. Cons: -A little pricey but it's better to spend on exercising than on medicines! Somewhat similar to yoga but not yoga. It is a good way of exercising if u get bored easily and/or lack motivation. Yuti is a good trainer. Encouraging but not unnecessarily hyping you ( like the typical gym trainers!) Her way of giving instructions is soft and not at all jarring to listen.

Feeling very energetic and have seen visible inch loss. Breathing has also improved. Thanks Pilates team
