Picnic Spot Poilwa - Picnic ground in Poilwa - Kohima, India

A beautiful natural beauty station is here. Actually this place and village name is Heunambe. It's a popular picnic spot in Nagaland. It's approx 2hrs from the capital Kohima city. Road conditions are not too bad, BRO team road construction is going on when I visited this place. Here this spot is surrounded by beautiful hills. And b Basin (The flat part of the middle surrounded by mountains is called basin.) was created by nature. One wild clear fresh water source make this place more beautiful and amazing. This is a green valley area in hilly place. A clean peaceful natural area.

The road which leads to this beautiful haven is warm country vibe! Love this place to just simply declutter your mind and grab good inner zeal to get along with life. Family and friends or even just solo bag packing to this spot once in a while for the refilling in any season!

A lovely picnic/camping spot about 2 Km away from Dzuleke. It's beautiful with it's breathtaking landscape and the towering hills are a sight to behold. The valley has a clear stream flowing across with campfire sites all over. Camping and picnicking are really cheap at 30Rs/person.

It is such an awesome place to have a get together. The view is good. It's warm and cold at the same time. The place can accommodate more than 200 people. Water is flowing in abundance. People will have to bring firewood if they intend to cook. Collecting of firewood in the place may not be a good choice. You can also bring your kids, they can play along.

Good place for dayouting & family get togethers, the amenities are good. Pleasant full environment. Great location for picnic. But not much to explore and the road to the destination is just insane. If you are driving something with low ground clearance, good luck

It's a beautiful place, serene and fresh... The only drawback is the bad road condition leading to the picnic/camping site.

It's a must visit place. If you want to connect with nature, you must visit the place.
