Poor management. No room after booking. Piccadilly hospitality, karjat meadows, river forest all one and the same. We booked a room one week prior to the the trip they confirmed the booking and send us the invoice. But when we arrived they said there were no rooms available. The didn't apologise and were very casual about it. And the person who did the booking was irresponsible he refused to even talk to us. We were just ignored and were simply focusing on the other guests. They didn't have the courtesy to apologise or even offer water. Only when we started arguing with them they said sorry. Then we had to shout at them get our refund and they agreed to pay our travel expenses. Very bad experience
