Beware, not well maintained. Toilet in our room leaked sewage water onto toiletry bag and towel we had in there completely ruining it. We planned to stay two nights but are checking out after one because of the urine smell and destroyed property. We didn't even ask for a full refund which would be reasonable because we need to spend money to replace our destroyed belongings, only asked to be refunded for the night we won't be using and they refused. Do not recommend.
Worst ever place . Made us wait since after room to allocate room. Finally, in the night gave us a room . The AC wasn't functional. Mosquitos were present. Shower was not proper . The owner was very rude, asked us to leave room at 11pm in the night when we complained regarding non functional AC and clogging sink in bathroom. Overall, bad stay. Not worth the amount.
Hotel PHP Boutique TownHouse was my second home for 12 days a. My experience was extremely good and I highly recommend this place. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is caring.

Comfortable stay. The room is neat and clean. The washroom could have been cleaned and maintained better. Bathroom Fittings were rusted and not in very good condition. Everyday 1 litre of bottled water is complementary. The room has an Ac, tv and water heater which work fine. Bed linen could have been little more cleaned. Overall a good stay.
Room bed wasnt clean enough!!! Mainly water in restroom was in yellow in colour!! Couldnt get refreshed due to this. Not worth the money!!!! No fan in the room mainly!!!!
Check in and check out was seamless no problem at all. Fantastic cool staff to handle all problems. Breakfast served was very good and with tea , it's a must order from them as it fits your budget and guarantees you to feel healthier. Good clean rooms and sanitised washrooms. Take help of reception whenever you are in need and will visit this hotel once more during my visit to chennai and conferences Have to reduce the stars due to lack of sending bills on time. I think the staff might be lazy and have to approach them frequently
Clean and well maintained hotel at a reasonable price. The great thing here is that the owner and staff are extremely helpful and responsive. They went above and beyond to make sure we have everything we asked for.
