This has been one of the finest accommodations I've experienced in Pondicherry. The rooms were impeccably clean, well-kept, and conveniently situated within walking distance from Promenade Beach. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, creating a serene atmosphere. The hotel boasts a restaurant and bar in top-floor, offering excellent service and delicious food. Additionally, there's a small swimming pool on the top floor for guests to enjoy. Overall, my stay was truly delightful.
It's a great, well maintained place to stay with beautifully designed spaces. Rooms are nice and cozy however no cupboards were provided. We stayed there for 5 days and We had to manage out clothes within our bags. Cupboard is a basic amenity in every hotel. Service is good and staff is very cooperative. No room service was available for food which is unusual. Every luxury hotel with 7000+ per night room charges provides room service for food by default. Buffet breakfast was available only on weekend other days it was made to order which used to take longer time. Food was good. Overall good experience but could have been better considering per night charges. Staff is very good, polite and helpful. Location is Near to railway station and airport. Market place, Arbindo ashram, beach is nearby.
Nice and clean rooms, friendly staff, and a lovely aroma in the reception area set the tone. Conveniently located near Promenade Beach, the hotel also had a top-floor restaurant and a small swimming pool. Buffet breakfast only on weekends. No laundry services on weekends. A delightful experience overall.
Very expensive for what it is. Rooms are clean but definitely on the small and rustic side. No wardrobe and generally little space. Bathrooms are not too bad. Staff is globally nice but not very reactive. Breakfast is at 8 AM and they won't make it earlier which makes things complicated if you have to start early (I had to forgo breakfast on the two days of my stay). They do offer breakfast bags but that is not what I needed. On the whole, it would be ok for half the price (10000 INR a night for me) . As it stands, I don't recommend booking a room there unless all of the better hotels in Whitetown are full. I know I won't come back.
The room was great and clean. The staff were not especially helpful. Breakfast was lousy with really loud music. Pool was nice, but the rooftop is used poorly and you can't chill next to the pool
Rooms are neat and clean. I had worst experience in buffet breakfast. I asked the guy who is serving for dosa and waited for almost 30mins with a baby in hand. The guy serving to all other tables and didn't even turned his head to us inspite of asking him many time. I got frustrated and went off. Worst experience.
We went on a long weekend and paid quite a sum for a suite room for our family of 3. The best part was the location, just a couple of lanes away from the beach in a very nice area with old villas all around. There is street parking in front of the hotel which gets crowded during the weekend but they have a warehouse nearby where one can park easily. This is a very old villa which is turned into a hotel. Our room was big, beds were comfortable, bathroom was of good size and everything was clean. Only issue was with the towels, they were clean but totally worn out. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the street which was nice but in the night there will be a lot of noise from the stray dogs. The staff were polite and the service was prompt except for the breakfast: it was crowded during weekend and most items would vanish and they take a lot of time to replenish. And during the week days, we were the only guests and they took a lot of time to prepare our breakfast even though we had informed them ahead of time. There rooftop pool is small but very nice to cool off in the afternoon. Overall a very good place
Such a lovely place to stay in Pondicherry! The location is ideal as it's close to all the awesome eateries and cafes. Loved the vibe of the hotel. As soon as I entered the reception area, I was mesmerised with the incense aroma, which I love! Here are some pros and cons: 1) Pros - Location was amazing! It had a great vintage vibe. The rooftop cafe and the pool were lovely! Staff was very friendly and helpful. 2) Con - Felt like it was slightly overpriced. The room was quite small and because it's a vintage property the rooms didn't smell that great. There was a kind of wet smell that was annoying. But it could be easily fixed with regular spritz of air freshner. Would I stay here again? Absolutely, but only when the prices are slightly low.
We had a great stay at Bay Stays! The room was clean, had a cute design, and was affordable with a fantastic location. Our host, Vignesh was very helpful. However, I do have a concern about the towels we used as they left a white cast on our clothes.
The property is beautiful with a chique look. The interiors are a urban and upbeat with colours that are palatable to the eyes and we'll coordinated. The service is impeccable and the in-house dining is worth its money not to mention it's tantalizing
I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The hospitality was top-notch, and the service was excellent. From the moment I arrived, I felt well taken care of. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. I was initially a little confuse
Rooms are quite spacious, but air conditioning was not working as per individuals need. It was centrally controlled, hence, was bit worm for me in the room since temperature is quite high outside. However, hospitality was really good, right from rece

Great Location..50m from Rocky beach... Convenient shops and restaurants nearby. Mr Shyam at reception is the person to look out for. Had a nice stay as a couple. Highly recommended for budget seekers....
This is the best gym where I've never experienced such great care and support from trainers. I've come here for fitness where they not only give workouts but also other activities like Zumba, yoga, cross fit, etc. and I'm feeling good about myself. I
My wife and I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Sasikala while we were on a trip to Pondicherry, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the level of care she provided. My wife was feeling unwell with a fever, and Dr. Sasikala's expertise and

Got referred to R&J by a friend based on the experience he had from the Rupin Pass trek. This being my first time trekking at high altitudes, was a bit apprehsive at first, but talking to Taarak set off these apprehensions. We had taken the Lamayur
