I won't recommend this pet shop to anyone. Yesterday i went there to bring Hepatic cat food (dry) for my fur baby which went smoothly. However, today morning i called them to order l the hepatic food (wet) due to some urgent serious medical condition.. They at first told that they will bring the same by today evening and will confirm the same. But no call received. When i took the initiative to call and ask them they told me that they can't bring the food today as it was not informed to them earlier ( the morning stuff went home) .. The lady who received my call literally told me that the morning person who received my call was the cleaner of the shop. I really want to understand how they keep up with the customers who usually calls them in the morning ( in case of medical urgency). If they do not have efficient stuff in customer service, they won't have regular customers

Huge collection of pet foods and grooming accessories. They sell dogs too. Very clean. Staff behaviour is also good.

I went to their Salt Lake outlet, which turned out to be an extremely SHADY place. Puppies were kept in small cages (without food/water) in shabby conditions, probably sedated, as all of them were extremely drowsy (images posted by other reviewers are a proof). When asked, the shopkeepers mentioned they were waiting to be groomed. I went to the store at around 9 PM. I wonder who brings their pets to be groomed at such hours. When asked about how much they cost, the shopkeepers confidently gave a price tag to most of them. Nothing about the store was healthy. A store of such size was giving out handwritten bills. I would NOT RECOMMEND this store to anyone. There are far more humane stores to visit or order online!

Extremely disappointed with the behaviour of the staff at pet plaza. They are only running a business nothing else. Also the vet there De Sayantan Sarkar is a worthless person and is extremely rude. He doesn't respond to messages or calls. Places like this should be shut immediately. This is for Salt Lake branch.

It's a nice place to buy dog food and they allow a good discount on products.

A new place in Town to buy pets dogs and cat's they have wide variety of breeds and at reasonable price

I have bought a lab puppy from that store who looked to be healthy but when he grew up he become very quiet and when he was 5.6years old he had tumors on his face and he had lost him in this year January . Pet shop puppies have short life span than adopted pets
