Perfect Imaging and Ultrasound centre with pathology & Perfect chest clinic - Medical diagnostic imaging center in Haldwani - Nainital, India

My recent visit to perfect imaging was marred by the utterly unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of Dr. Amit Mishra. The diagnostic center itself left much to be desired, with evident neglect and poor maintenance. However, the most distressing aspect of my visit was Dr. Mishra's attitude. As I began to describe my health concerns with humility and respect, Dr. Amit Mishra's response was nothing short of appalling. He arrogantly stated, "Who are you to advise me on what to do?" This response not only demonstrated his shocking lack of professionalism but also his complete disregard for the basic principles of patient care and a compassionate attitude. In any healthcare setting, patients should be able to express their health issues without facing judgment or disrespectful attitudes from their healthcare providers. Dr. Amit Mishra not only lacked professionalism but also displayed a shocking attitude problem. I strongly caution against seeking care from a doctor with such a terrible attitude. If I already knew what was ailing me, why would I seek medical assistance at your clinic? My sole intention was to explain my symptoms and provide my medical history. Given my multiple health issues and the considerable pain I was in, it wasn't easy for me to move around. Unfortunately, it appeared that the doctor was in a rush, showing little interest in listening to my concerns or providing proper care. Regarding the so-called 'attitude problem' attributed to me, it's worth noting that no such issue was noticed when I obtained an ultrasound from another center immediately after leaving your clinic. My intention in sharing this feedback is not to write false reviews; in fact, I'm your neighbor, and furnished the building that houses your clinic. Nonetheless, I genuinely wish you the best of luck with the presence of an impolite and rude doctor in your clinic.Your repeated assertion of my 'arrogance' only further highlights the lack of accountability for your staff's behavior. For your reassurance, you're welcome to ask anyone in the city about my behavior. I've been a patient for 23 years, which I believe is more experience than your doctor has in practicing medicine. Had a good overall experience with the hospitality offered by the staff. I would highly recommend you to consider perfect imaging as they possess immense skills and impeccabale knowledge in this field

I visited this center today i.e on 24/07/2023 at 10:00am for my Anomaly scan. It was the worst and weird experience at the front desk. They kept me standing for long at the desk. No courtesy, no etiquettes, abhorrent and non-cooperative behaviour, completely an unprofessional staff . I didn't even meet the doctor and came back with the repulsive and disgusting experience here.

Very good doctor and the manager and staff are also very good. The report is 100% correct. Everywhere you look, you hear praise.

While enquiring they people note down your name for next day's appointment for ultrasound, calls you the next day for coming on time but when you go there you have to wait for atleast 2 hrs for your turn.Even if you are 8 or 9 month pregnant their priorities are different. Mismanagement Also am very disappointed by the picture quality of ultrasound for which they have charged Rs. 1010 Just making money & fooling people.

It's very bad experience that I got with this place and management is not up to the mark and even management in government hospitals is well better than this . It's fully commercial and no one have control to take the decisions always trying to keep the patients stay long and even after taking early appointment, we need to do lot of follow-ups. I personally suggest not to prefer this place since it has lack of management as there is no systematic way of dealing with patients. Think twice before you go for this place .... Instead of blaming us kindly focus on improving your management as well as services ....... We are not here with the intention of defaming you. If someone is posting good reviews than your are giving them positive response ... But when we are posting truth than you are asking people for not to look at our review ???? ... See we don't have any kind of agenda to defame you guys as we are not running any kind of rival business.... Our entire family came here to post a review just to tell people how disappointed we are .... We visited at your centre along with a pregnant lady of our family and took the appointment. We were second by number there acc to appointment. But what we saw that they are calling other patients ... On asking about this there was no proper response from your team. It seems like they were calling some people they already know ... Like if you are running a diagnostic centre then you have to call your patients acc to appointment. We were disappointed so that all of our family member came here to post a review so that people may know how your team treats a pregnant patient ... Instead of blaming us kindly accept your fault and improve your service ...
