Great place to start with if you're low on budget and struggling for basics in workout and gym. Ideally, great trainers with sheer amount of knowledge and supremacy in understanding workout and diet plans. Especially, Sajid and Akash sir whom I'd been under supervision with. However, it gets tremendously overcrowded in the night and place starts to feel short.

Good place to work out ,Trainer are co operate and helps everyone and having friendly nature. One should join and enjoy the lovely work outs.....

Good quality equipments , big area, chhapri trainer's , but it's a bit crowded.
