On the recommendation of my sister I went to PK eye care for vision check to change my glasses. Right from the reception to Nursing staff till the Specialist Doctor Sajini, each one of them are so professional & friendly. They devoted time to examine my eyes thoroughly, cleared all my queries & gave the best advice. The glass prescription was perfect to suit my eyes. Apart from this the general hygiene & waiting area facilities are absolutely of high standards. Their charges are also reasonable & not too expensive. I am really touched & impressed. Thanks to them. The best eye care in Thalassery.

I had my eye tested at Peekay Eye Care, Thalassery on 28th September 2021. I was advised to wear a spectacle for both long and short sight. We selected a frame and handed over for them to fix the lens. Since it takes around 2-3 days as they have to order the lens we left that day. When I got the call that my glasses are ready, went and collected it. The very next day my son noticed that there was a small crack on the right lens and it has chipped off, which is not easy to detect. Immediately I inform them and I was asked to return it. Today when I went to collect the same, Mr. Siral at the counter demanded a charge for replacing the broken lens. Since it is not the fault of the customer I refused to pay. He gave me various excuses like they will not get a refund as there is no guarantee for breakage. Somehow I settled the matter. But the point is we were never informed when we returned the glasses about this charges. They have an extremely poor customer service which made us decide we will never go back to them neither our friends as they are expensive and care, less for their customers. I strongly advice not to visit this place to all. They could not stick to their goal which is customer satisfaction.

Visit was for a cataract surgery for my uncle after comparing many hospitals and clinics. Dr Adil was very polite and explained us in detail about the surgery. He is an experienced surgeon from Aravind eye hospital. The whole experience was great & the surgery took hardly 10 mins & was totally painless . He got full vision back in the same day.
They are very systematic and doesn't have partiality nature, what we usually see in hospitals by giving priorities to their known people.Im very much satisfied with their customer service and its affordable too.The doctors are very polite and explains the technicality of the problem.I have bought my spectaculars also and it was affordable price.
