Decent place to stay, especially for a family. Its not lake side, there are nt much views, but its a secure and quality place. The rooms are really good.

Pearlspot Resort has excellent location! It is just a few steps away from the backwaters and very close to the ferries and massage spa. Mr. Jagan went above and beyond in helping us get around and experience Kumarakom. He truly deserves a special mention for organising shikara ride, massage appointment, trip to Kottayam. Thank you to the team at Pearlspot Resort, Menani Restaurant and Mr. Jagan!

I wanted to conduct banquet for 50 people. Fixed rooms and finalized menu and was about make payment in advance. Now on the 24th hour they say they will charge for chair in banquet hall . Is that not crazy? Are these people on senses. Very bad experience. Corporate companies please stay away from these lethargic people

Wonderful experience to end my holiday in Kumarakon Pearlspot resort. Exceptional food means, the best I had ever. Friendly staff and waiters. Well maintained and clean rooms , very nice ambience with natural beauty ,also can enjoy scenic backwater which is know to be the exceptional of Kumarakom.

Room was full of ants. Blankets with blood strains. Towels were not washed properly. Manager behaviour was so rude. I don't prefer stay at this hotel at all.

Budget resort...You can get some reasonably good food in there restaurant..As one don't have many choice for eating out in kumarakom

Awesome experience and so friendly.....we stay for a birthday party They are so kind to arrange and helpful to arrange the party......

The staffs do not even have basic manners. Especially in the restaurant. When we asked for one of the dishes, the restaurant person said "We don't serve that; You will get it in another restaurant nearby". It was ridiculous when I heard that in Malayalam. We had a booking for 2 days; these people doesn't even bother to give some drinking water. New towels or new bedsheets are not given. After around 9 PM you will not see any staffs for service.
