For a long time, I thought the only solution to my underbite was surgery, which I did not want to undergo. Two years ago, I came to know that Pearl-e Whites Dental Clinic offered braces for underbite treatment. I started my treatment in January 2022. By March 2023, my braces were removed, and I now have a normal bite (although I'm still wearing retainers at present). I'm very happy with the treatment. My my teeth look perfectly natural. You wouldn't be able to tell I had had work done, unless you saw the before/after photos. Dr Richa Shaha is very clear and patient in explaining and answering questions about the treatment. Dr Syed, the orthodontist who fixed my braces was very patient at putting me at ease when I was nervous about having the braces fixed. Overall I'm very happy I came to know of Pearl-e Whites Dental Clinic, and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for dental work.

And from day one of treatment there was no looking back for me. This is because I had full confidence in Dr. Richa and her team. The service provided is up to expectation. More than that, it is the friendly atmosphere that is created for us the patients that makes us feels at home. Now finally after 2 year journey, I've got a beautiful and healthy smile and the credit goes to Dr. Richa and her amazing team. I got my steel braces done here , I won't recommend the clinic as better and more economic orthodontist are available in Shillong. I was charged for all procedure such as removal of modulars, permanent retainers and temp retainer as I spoke to other orthodontists, they told me that all procedure should have come with the packages . They did let me pay in installments . Only pro! The Orthodontist was rude , waiting time was an issue, if I arrived late he would cancel the appointment and getting an appointment was a hassle , but we were made to wait for hours . The stuff were very nice and understanding , Dentist was nice as well. Might be good for other procedure , but I won't recommend for expensive procedure such as getting braces , root canal, filling cavities, etc. P.s - the work is not good !

I highly recommend Pearl E Whites to everyone. It is really one of the best dental clinic in town. I've always wanted to get my teeth fixed by a good dentist for quite a while now but haven't really found one until I heard about this clinic and started finding more information about it. I have been facing problems with my front teeth and was very conscious of smiling properly. But thanks to Dr Richa for fixing it and for doing a really good job. As a patient I'm really satisfied with how my teeth turned out after the procedure.
