Pawna Lake Camps - Campground in Pawnanagar, Gevhande Khadak - Pune, India

Overall the experiance was average, the location is good but there is two way to reach here from Hinjewadi Pune once you reached pirangut nearby there is a left turn if you are going from that side the road is simply hell otherwise if you go straightforward then the road is comparatively much better and wider. The tents are actually good the owner Mr Bunty Bhai is very friendly and he keeps eye on if we had a proper breakfast/dinner or not . I would personally recommend to visit this place if you have a big group of 10-15 people otherwise you will be bored. The quality of food is actually not that good but if you ate Any PG's Lunch in Hinjewadi then you will get the quality. Otherwise the night Vibes are very good all these LED's lit up makes the place more mesmerizing.

Almost all camping sites are more or less same near the water. Common theme. Some colourful lights, a speaker playing music played on YouTube on a mobile. Decathlon tents. Most unhygienic bedding which is a piece of 1 inch thick foam with a dusty bedsheet and a blanket. Food and snacks, never on time. And pathetic tasteless barbeque snacks. To reach the spot is another level of agony. Even Google maps misguide you. 15km away from the site Google map ends pawana camping site. If u r looking for a quality time with someone significant and not just booze in open and dance to the 3rd class music arrangement, choose somewhere else. I regret going there and met few others who felt the same. 2-3k of 2 ppl staying and the fuel and time to reach there, definitely not worth. Forget the hype of lakeside camping advertising.

The place was very beautiful with a great ambiance and a stunning view. The camping workers were very helpful and pleasant while communicating and the service was excellent...while the food was a bit on the spicier side ..but the taste was just a chef's kiss.

Feel like you been stressed out, well you are just one spot away from a hot spot destination to drain out all your stresses and worries. What are you waiting for? Make your wheels spin and your legs walk to a very riveting & spell-bounding destination.. yeah!! Its "Pawna Lake Camping". The reason you need to step your feet into the comforting sand of Pawna is that the serenity providing a flow of lake water, and the melodious sound produced by the chilly breeze. No doubt you gonna experience nature's symphony and not to forget the eye-catching comely kissing of the mountains. This place is really hit the spot with the exploration of the historical forts. A lot of history & the triumph of great warriors is associated with forts following. Tung Fort, Tikona Fort, Lohgad Fort, Visapur Fort.

Don't go here if you want all the facilities try another location . There are plenty of options available. Spend some extra money and you will get good facilities.ex. different games

Honestly.. the location is great, but the road and terrain is bit of an issue. There is no signboard to guide you to the place except near the location. The facilities in the camp can be vastly improved so as to make stay more enjoyable. The tents are basic ones and do not expect luxury. The food is good and so is the hygiene. Basic amenities like toilets, charging points have been taken care of. Overall, the you can experience camping one time, but revisit? Nope!!

Love the experience I have at camp..all thanks to the guys out there who are very understanding and very cooperative. The place is nice for couples as well as group outing. Many outdoor games are there to try habds on, the food serving facility is also great. Though the way to reach the spot is little messy, as the road is not maintained. But if someone will ask would I go again, my ans would be defiantly yes. Great work guys. Cheers.
