Surely the best area here to spend the afternoon and evening. Lots of food outlets are there. The area is clean, there are many sitting areas. Lights and the atmosphere is really cool and aesthetic. Must visit on a weekend.

There are lots of statues and miniature structures of various famous architecture. But one bad thing about the place is that during summer time there are so many mosquitoes around the seating area coming from Jhil. That Jhil desperately needs a thorough cleaning. Overall a great place to hang out with your family and friends.

The roadside jheel has been renovated and beautified by civic authority. It is ten minutes walking distance from Shid Khudiram metro station. The park is good for evening walkout. Many eateries has been installed to refresh the visitors. The prices are bit high. A gift shop of famous cartoonist "Sentur" has been there where the visitors can collect unique collection. The ambience of the park is good. But the civic authority should maintain that any undisciplinary activities are not going on.

A wonderful place in Patuli, easy to visit by bus, Shahid Khudiram Metro, auto and private cabs etc. A heart soothing place in south kolkata.
