One of the best yoga institutes in vizag with a true yoga trainer. (Sir. Veda Bhaskaram) Yoga is taught in a naturally way. Not a studio or Power yoga (which can kill u if u r an amature, be aware??) or any other pathetic adopted western show off forms. One can learn how to relax n recover here completely.

There are totally 5 batches per day and the teaching is really great...Yoga really does wonders I lost around 10kgs and my mental and physical health really got better after going to yoga this is my 3rd year in patanjali yoga centre

Excellent yoga thought by Guruji Vedabhaskaram at MVP Colony.Also best massage and steam bath provided on the basis of requirement.
