I have visited this salon 5-10 times in last 2 years.. the services were always satisfactory.. I usually did head massage, hair spa and pedicure.. but my visit today was below par.. during manicure i got hurt by the service provider.. my nail got cut from between and started bleeding.. the setup of manicure and pedicure is very uncomfortable after renovation.. also i found the towels used very untidy.. i saw one customer spitting in the sink which is used to wash hair for all.. due to hygiene issues and unsatisfactory service i shall not visit the salon again.. giving 2 stars just because all my previous services were satisfactory..

Never thought Alibag would have a full fledged salon like this one.... I had an amazing experience with hair and skin care services. The staff is polite and helpful while the owner is informative and knowledgeable. I would 100% go back and recommend this place to others.
- star. Worst salon. Naav mothe lakshan chhote. This salon is not for common people. They serve only rich n celebrity people. So called stylist named Jagdish is so rude n irresponsible towards client. They should have learn manner to talk n how to attend clients. They charged 180rs just for eyebrows ani te pan ghanerdya todacha vaas sahan karunhi u will get disgusting shape. Other services are also too much costly. The owner doesn't care bout clients.
