Basic. So ad-hoc. Amenities could so much better. It's a pity that the administration hasn't given it so much as a thought! Sad state of affairs... Wonder what it would need to get the people in positions of power and responsibilities to move beyond the call of duty! All it says is a thorough lack of vision and a spirit of implementation to match!! :(
I was accompanied by a Govt officer who helped me complete the process faster. People in the hall were also very helpful, did not mind my jumping the queue as I was travelling with family of 4.
