One of the best ortho care hospital in chennai. Satisfied with the services provided. I got admitted for ACL reconstruction surgery. Good in all the aspects during our visit and stay. We treated our mom for knew replacement surgery. The treatment and recovery was quick and encouraging. Procedures were counselled well and explained. Cashless insurances is available. Rooms are good and cleaned up regularly. Hospital food is ok only.so stay prepared accordingly
We came for our father knee problem.. Dr vetrikumar is such a good doctor we have never seen.. Very humble and very politely handling patients. Overall we are satisfied with hospital services.. Doctor gave hope for my father recovery.. Thanks a lot to him..
My grandma was admitted to the hospital, and she was a cancer patient. She went for her hip fracture, but this hospital's poor service led her to ventilator, and unfortunately, we lost her. Doctors made business out of our situation. They knew the amount of insurance and tried to drag her case until all her insurance money was used up. They didn't even give water to her in ICU when my mom went to see grandma in the night she saw morning porridge was not fed to her. Housekeeping staff were shouting at my poor grandma on how many diapers they have to change. They would ask families to go back and give fake assurance that they will take care of the patient. Extremely inhuman staff. These hospitals make business out of your vulnerability. Please let your loved ones be at home. Hospital staff don't care about the age or gender or anything while mistreating the griefstriken families and patients. I am writing this so that no humble people fall prey to the business tactics of these hospitals.
Care of Hospital was good, nurses care,Hospitality, Bedside care, physiotherapy etc. Was shifted in emergency care with low back pain complaints, then report was disc bulge. Was a bit disappointed that the main doctor didn't explain us our condition. They came late, were in a hurry. Couldn't meet doctor on discharge day even. Communication is something that makes a patient comfortable. It would be nice if u correct that. The doctor incharge must explain to patient and family about their condition, diagnosis and treatment. Thank you for your care and support. Hope that the mistake will be corrected. So that we can approach your hospital for further needs.
