The 4 star is for the room size, cleanliness and location is prime. However 2 stars is for the experience we had with food. DONOT ORDER FOOD FROM ONE STEP UP RESTAURANT where Park Suites source their in-room dining food from. Me and my husband had stomach upset post having their chicken drumsticks and they will bill you for food they don't even have and when you ask for refund they would force you to have some random custard or items. They don't care for customer experience and both the receptionist of park suites and manager of the restaurant would make you run around for a refund. Horrible experience. However the housekeeping guys do a very good job.

This place gets 5 stars for its superb location! Although not a conventional hotel per se, and the guest rooms are part of a heritage aptmt building, its proximity to famous landmarks, and great restaurants and metro works in its favor. Service is great, all staff (Biplab, Gopi, Bimal) were very helpful. Mocambo Restaurant food (tried Chinese) we ordered in the room was awesome. Only reason rooms gets a star or two less is because of its old style stairs near the bathroom within the room, otherwise quite spacious and airy. Overall great stay at Park Suites, would recommend.

This is a home away from home. The people who run this place are truly so hospitable and treat you like their family. Special mention to Mr.Bimal Kumar, Biplav, Khan & Gopinath. Made us feel so comfortable and at home. The room & toilet are neat, big & clean. The breakfast every morning was amazing. Will surely recommend this place which is in the heart of the city and most happening place at night to everyone. Keep up the good work team Park suites

The staff was very co-operative and helped me with early checkin. They also provided us with additional bed since we were 3 staying in double bed room. the room was neat and clean, well maintained. The location is right on the park street, almost at the middle of the marketplace because of which it gets noisy at times. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend this place if you want to stay near Park street. Although we didn't get a chance to enjoy the breakfast, i am sure the service would be great since the staff did absolutely everything to make the stay enjoyable

Great place to stay , has many places to visit around . It is in middle of the city. Very friendly staff .Breakfast options also good and taste good too . Dont get shocked seeing the entry of the hotel as it located in old building ,but when you enter in the park suites whole experience is difffent and rooms are big and has the homely feel

Neat and tidy rooms, Limited but filling breakfast. They help and guide us to roam around. Very friendly staffs. Felt safe staying here as I went alone with my mom. Highly recommended

It is a great place to stay for tourists and business travellers who spend most of the day outside the room and just need a clean bed, great air conditioning, good shower facility and good room service with breakfast. They have a small entry through an old structure but once you reach the floor their decor and spacious rooms blow you away. The staff is very helpful, even helping you place orders for dinner with their affiliate restaurant at 20% discount. All in all, a great stay in the heart of the city!

+ Location was very good, accessible to Park Street. + Breakfast was being served at room, adequate quantity and taste was good. Both veg and non-veg was available. + Room was clean and Air Condition was very very cool. + Though it is a guest house, there is no common toilet and no common space.
