My father passed away in the hospital, he was going through alcohol withdrawal symptoms, he was in the ICU for three days but the nurses were very careless and reluctant, a lot of times I had to call them to change wet bedsheets, he had asthma but was getting nebulizer only after I requested them. Ultimately he got pneumonia due to cough, wet bedsheets, and cold water, in the ICU and doctors could not even detect it for three days and the nurses were just careless and didn't want to attend the patient in need. He remaind in the same dirty diper for hours until I requested them multiple times to check. Bedsheet guy took 1 hour to bring a new bedsheet.And since my father was sedated, some staff stole money from his wallet. They had THREE DAYS to do all the tests but they were clueless. The entire staff was chit chatting in the ICU, when I went there and found my father not breathing. He was tied up on the bed,he could not even move. So I called them to check but it was too late. Could anybody believe that I had to inform nurses and doctors that my father is not breathing and that too in the freaking ICU! If you care about your loved ones, please don't send them to this hospital as their services are pathetic. It's a slaughter house. And doctors are just amateur. My father went there for some treatment but ended up passing away due to a completely different disease which he got by the hospital staff's carelessness. I will never be able to forgive myself. All the 4-5 stars reviews you see are either paid or from people who have never visited a good hospital. ICU is like general ward, nurses are rude and ignore your requests. A roadside physician will do a better job than these clowns. We took special permission to stay with my father in ICU, but the night shift from security, floor supervisor to nurses didn't allow us to stay with him, they argued with me and he perished by the morning. Edit 6th Oct 2023: Oh please for God's sake, your doctors were unable to detect the chest infection which was the leading cause of his demise. His money was stolen, your nurses were not even monitering when he died, I had to inform them, save your excuses for someone who can get fooled by these excuses. The doctor who was monitering him was on 3 days leave and he left a bunch of incompetent juniors who didn't even bother to check his medical history. He was on wet bedsheets for hours! You guys just can't justify your incompetency. If me and my bro had to suggest the doctors what could be the reason for continuous fever for possible tests then you guys seriously needs to reconsider why does this hospital exists on the first place. ICU is intensive care unit. But it didn't feel like it when your doctors and nurses were chilling at a distance while my father stopped breathing. One more thing, hospital is trying to put the blame on a deceased person by calling him abusive and delusional. Sure he was, as he was going through withdrawal symptoms but if your staff was unable to handle him then why didn't you guys ask us to take him and instead kept him sedated for 3 days? Calling him abusive nullifies your incompetence? Nice damage control! He got phnemonia at your hospital and your ICU, under your staff 's supervision, because no-one cared about his asthma. He was sleeping on wet bedsheets, drinking cold water and and was given nebulizer twice only in 7 days time. You call that service? You yourself would not put your family members in this hospital Mr owner, forget about giving this slaughter house a second chance. You only shifted him to ICU because you wanted to churn out money from echs panel.

My father who retired from MCD has gone surgery treatment at this hospital in 07/2023, for reimbursement of this bill some query raised by the MCD. So, I have gone hospital to provide the query details, at reception Ms Archana write down the query point and told me she will intimate me in 3-4 days. Surprisingly after 4 days she intimate me to collect the query details. I am very thankful to administrative staff of the hospital & specially Ms. Archana. In my opinion she is very humble, polite & cooperative.Keep it up that behaviour for future also.

Over all experienced with the facilities and treatment provided and amenities of the hospital is good. I would recommend the people around for the treatment. Dr. Pooja Khundia Medicine consultant is good, polite and keen to know the patient problems and yeah overall love it.

Same as other ones Dr is too poor about their profession as they have pressure to keep patience for long time without reason Staff also unprofessional Slogans are everywhere in hospital but no implementation Lack of patience care Cleanliness is ok But much improvement required in staff like training monitoring etc All are doing formalities but no actual duty they are doing Much more to say but now I would say no to this hospital for others ...

I have a very great experience here...the staff is really kind and polite ...all the doctors , nursing assistants, house keeping staff and security staff they all very kind and dedicated to there work ...they all know how to do there work .. I was under the treatment of Dr. Vaijnath he is really very polite. He explains everything related to reports...I'm really very satisfied with the service and treatment.
